When you receive a reply from a prospect, it can take up to 30 minutes for the reply to be tracked by Klenty and take appropriate action - to stop the cadence for the prospect.

During this period, the reply needs to remain in the Inbox folder of your mailbox for Klenty to be able to detect the message. If the reply is moved to a different folder or archived, Klenty will not be able to identify the reply, causing the cadence follow up emails to continue sending.
