A Cadence, consisting of a series of touch points, can include emails, calls, or tasks.
To add a call step in a cadence:
- While creating a Cadence, select the option to ADD CALL
2. Select a purpose for the call from the drop-down, leave some notes if you need to and click on ADD.
3. Once you've set up your Cadence and added some Prospects to it, the calls will be scheduled for Prospects. To view your scheduled calls, go to the Calls section of the Cadence.
4. Click on Start Calls to go through all your scheduled Calls.
