Use Triggers to log activities, create tasks and update HubSpot in real time based on activity in Klenty.
To set up Triggers in HubSpot:
- Navigate to Settings > CRM > Triggers.
- Enable the Triggers that are required for your workflow
This is how Triggers log the activity for the Contact in HubSpot.
Email Sent Trigger:
When an email is sent to your prospects via Klenty, an activity is logged for them in HubSpot.
Email Opened Trigger:
When a prospect opens an email sent from you via Klenty, an activity is logged for them in HubSpot.
Link Clicked Trigger:
Whenever a prospect clicks a link in the email sent from you via Klenty, a corresponding activity is logged for them in HubSpot.
First Reply Trigger:
If the Contact does not exist in HubSpot already, this will first create the contact in HubSpot and then record the activity for it.
If the Contact exists in HubSpot already, the Reply will be logged as an activity for it.
Meeting booked in Calendly
If you have integrated your Calendly account to Klenty and a prospect books a meeting with you - a corresponding task gets created in HubSpot immediately.
Whenever a task is created for a prospect in Klenty, a corresponding task (along with the notes) gets scheduled for the respective Contact in HubSpot.
Marking the task as Complete in Klenty automatically updates it in HubSpot as well.
Call Created/Updated Trigger
Whenever a call is scheduled for a prospect in Klenty, a corresponding task (along with the notes) gets scheduled in HubSpot in real-time.
If a Contact does not exist in HubSpot:
If you're reaching out to prospects who do not already exist in HubSpot, you can enable this setting.
Klenty will then create these Contacts in HubSpot first and then record the activity for them.
