Edit Prospects

You can organize prospects with the following options.

1. Use Tags and Lists
2. Assign to a team member
3. Lookup with CRM
4. Change prospect status

1. Use Tags and Lists

To assign tags to multiple prospects

 

 

  1. Go to the Prospects page and select the prospects you wish to tag.
  2. Go to More in the Menu that appears, select Add Tags.
  3. You can add multiple tags to a prospect. You can select from a list of tags that you’ve created or add new ones by typing out the name and hitting enter.
2. Assign to a team member

To assign prospects to a team member

 

  1. Go to the Prospects page and select the prospects you wish to assign.
  2. Go to More in the Menu that appears and select Assign-To.
  3. Choose the team member you want to assign the prospect to.
3. Lookup with CRM

You can lookup prospects against the CRM you’ve connected – like Freshsales, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. If you’ve got the same prospect in the CRM, Klenty will mark the prospect which you can then use in your CRM integrated actions, like triggers.

 

  1. Go to the Prospects page and select the prospects you wish to lookup.
  2. Go to More in the Menu that appears and select Lookup with (CRM).
  3. You’ll see the successful prospects will now have the CRM (cloud) icon darkened.
4. Change Prospect Status

Prospect status is updated based on them being part of a cadence, one-off emailed, or not contacted. You can manually change the status if you need to ensure emails are not sent to a prospect.

 

 

  1. Go to the Prospects page and select the prospects you wish to change the status for.
  2. Go to More in the Menu that appears and select Change Status.
  3. You can either set the status as Unsubscribed or Do Not Contact.
