Once you’ve created a cadence and it’s in progress, you can view and manage emails that have been scheduled for the cadence.
Login to your Klenty account and go to Cadences.
Select the cadence you wish to review and go to Emails.
The list here shows all emails in the cadence, regardless of status.
You can do a quick review of the emails with the engagement status that shows if the recipient has either viewed, clicked, or replied to the email.
You can also use the Filter function if you wish to get a better idea of the status of the cadence.
Filter parameters include
Mail owner – filter by emails sent by specific users in your team
Cadence step – view emails specific to individual steps in the cadence
Mail status – filter by emails that are Ready to Go, Send Initiated, Error, Sent, Deleted, Flagged, Awaiting Approval, Overruled, Unable to Send, Removed from Queue
Mail Scheduled at – view emails scheduled at a selected date range
Mail engagement – view emails that are Opened, Clicked or Replied to.
