Message sentiment – positive/negative replies

You can set message sentiment for each reply that you receive, which will tie up to your cadence/journey/templates. This will help you analyze the emails that are receiving positive responses and the ones that don’t.
To set message sentiment:

  • Go to Mails – Inbox – Reply to view prospect replies. You can also go to Cadences – select the cadence you wish to review – Inbox – Reply.
  • Next to each email is a drop down with an emoticon that you can use to mark the reply as Positive or Negative, or remove the sentiment.
Message sentiment analysis

  • Go to Cadences – Templates.
  • For the replies marked with the message sentiment, you can see statistics against each template that was used.
