You can access engagement information for emails that are sent from the following places.
In the Prospects page, you can click on any prospect to view their contact information. The second column will display all activity related to the prospect. You can click on the individual tabs for Opens, Clicks, etc.
Within the cadence, once you have added prospects, you will be able to see engagement results in the Prospects, Emails, and Reports tab.
Go to the Prospects tab within the cadence for an overview of all prospects who have been added to the cadence. To the right is a column that shows engagement for each cadence email that was sent. Hover over the engagements to view the number of times the prospect has opened or clicked.
You can also use the Filter -> Engagement Type to view prospects for opens, clicks, or replies.
The emails tab within the cadence shows all emails sent or scheduled as part of the cadence. The column to the right displays the engagement for each email. Hover over the engagements to view the number of times the prospect has opened or clicked.
The Reports page within the cadence displays an overview of the prospects and emails scheduled, step wise metrics with statistics for each step, and daily metrics for emails sent. In the Step wise metrics, you can see opened, clicked and replied rates for each step of the cadence.
