Introduction
Klenty’s Parallel Dialer enables you to enhance your calling efficiency by making multiple calls simultaneously. This guide provides a step-by-step overview of the essential settings you need to configure before starting a session.
1. Configuring the Number of Parallel Calls:
With Klenty’s Parallel Dialer, you can initiate up to five simultaneous calls. However, if required, you can adjust this setting to as few as two concurrent calls. This flexibility allows you to tailor your outreach strategy based on your specific needs. The configuration is available at the start of every session.
2. Selecting the Calling Number:
Before launching a session, you must specify the phone number from which calls will be placed. You have two configuration options:
Local Dial: The system dynamically selects a calling number based on the prospect’s location, increasing the likelihood of answered calls.
Specific Calling Number: A fixed number is assigned for the entire session, ensuring consistency in caller ID.
This setting provides adaptability based on your outreach approach and audience preferences.
3. Defining Prospect Phone Fields to be Dialed
You can select the specific phone number fields associated with your prospects. Ensuring that all relevant fields are checked allows the Parallel Dialer to access and dial the numbers stored in each selected field, maximizing your reach.
4. Managing Call Handling Preferences
When a call is answered, you have the flexibility to determine how the dialer proceeds:
Continue dialing other prospects while the answered call remains active.
Drop all ongoing calls once a call is answered, ensuring focused engagement with the connected prospect.
This configuration helps align the calling experience with your workflow and business objectives.
5. Automating Call Status Updates
To streamline call tracking and reporting, Klenty’s Parallel Dialer allows you to automatically categorize calls based on their outcome:
Calls made to numbers that return an "Invalid" response are marked as Completed.
Calls that ring but are not answered are labeled as Not Answered.
Calls that get interrupted before completion are classified as Dropped.
This automation enhances efficiency by reducing manual status updates.
6. Enabling Automatic Voicemail Detection
Klenty’s Parallel Dialer includes an automatic voicemail detection feature, allowing you to pre-record and drop voicemails when a call reaches a prospect’s voicemail system.
By pre-recording multiple voicemail variations within Klenty Settings, you can ensure that appropriate messages are delivered automatically when a voicemail is detected, saving valuable time.
7. Setting Call Limits Per Prospect
To prevent excessive call attempts, Klenty provides an option to set a limit on the number of times a prospect can be called via the Parallel Dialer within a 24-hour period.
This feature ensures compliance with best practices in outreach while maintaining a positive engagement experience for prospects.
Parallel Dialer vs. Power Dialer
In addition to the Parallel Dialer, Klenty also offers a Power Dialer, which enables calls to be made sequentially, one after another, rather than simultaneously.
