There are configurable Safety settings that help prevent accidentally sending too many emails to a prospect. Each setting has a default value that you can modify/disable when required.

Emails that Klenty stops from sending due to these configurations will be set as Flagged. You can find such emails in the Outbox and individually overrule if you don’t want to change the setting for all your prospects.

To view/edit the safety settings, go to Settings > Email > Safety settings

Minimum Interval between Emails

The default value of 12 ensures that you don’t send multiple emails to a prospect within a 12-hour window. You can change this value if you want a larger or smaller window. The minimum interval that can be set is 4 hours.

Do not allow adding the same prospects to multiple Cadences simultaneously

This setting ensures you don’t accidentally add the same prospect to multiple cadences. However, you can turn it off if needed.

Do not allow adding the same prospect to the same cadence twice

This setting ensures you don’t add the same prospect to the same cadence again.

Stop cadence for all prospects in the domain when a reply is received

When enabled, Klenty will stop follow-up emails for prospects from the same domain if one of the prospects replies. Add your exceptions to prevent this setting from applying to specific domains. For example, commonly used domains like gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc.
