There are two workflows that are popular among our users when it comes to the Klenty-Pipedrive integration:

  • Fully automated workflow

  • Semi-automated workflow

Fully Automated Workflow
This workflow is perfect when you have leads in the pipeline who are already aware of your product/service and maybe even shown some interest.

For example, you might send all leads who checked out your blog to a pipeline and then automatically import them to Klenty.

Here’s how you can set up an end-to-end automation workflow:

Step 1: Create a filter in Pipedrive where all the new contacts/deals will be added.

Step 2: Create a prospect list in Klenty where you can automatically import these prospects from Pipedrive based on the specific filter

Step 3: Link the imported prospect list to a Cadence and setup up a playbook so that every time a prospect is added to the list they get started in the cadence

Step 4: Set up triggers in Klenty to sync email engagement data back to Pipedrive - like emails sent, opened, and create tasks in Pipedrive to always have updated information on your leads.

Note: The features available for the fully automated workflow come with our Growth and Enterprise plans.

Semi-Automated workflow

This is an ideal workflow when you are reaching out to cold prospects who may not be aware of your product/service at this point. You can use Klenty to filter out only those who show an interest in your product and then send them to Pipedrive.

For example, you can import these prospects to Klenty from CSV files or Google Sheets, send email campaigns, and based on their response, push them to Pipedrive where your sales teams can take over.

Here is how your semi-automated workflow looks like:

Step 1: Import prospects to Klenty using Google Sheets or CSV files.

Step 2: setup a playbook to add these prospects to a cadence when added to a list

Step 3: Setup triggers in Klenty that will perform a specific task in Pipedrive if the set conditions are met - for example, if a prospect replies to your email, you can create a new Person/Deal
