To prevent accidentally contacting prospects from specific domains, add them to your Klenty account’s blacklist. This feature will ensure that emails to these domains are not sent, even if scheduled, across your team.

To add domains to the blacklist:

  1. Go to Settings and click on Blacklist Domains under the Prospects section

  2. For individual domains: Enter the domain name you want to blacklist (for example @xyz.com, @co.com, and so on) - separate multiple domains with a comma.

  3. Click on Save

4. For a whole list: You can also add all the domain names as a .csv file and upload the list directly.

Note: If you'd like to remove a specific domain from the blacklist, you can do so later and save the changes again.
