How do I schedule my Cadence?

Use Delivery Window

When you use the delivery window and schedule days, Klenty will only send the Cadence emails during the days and hours you have set. At the end of the delivery window, we will reschedule any remaining emails to the start of the next delivery window.

For example, if your schedule is set between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, emails that are not yet sent at 5 PM on Friday will be rescheduled to start sending at 9 AM the following Monday.

  1. Go to the Steps tab in your Cadence.

  2. Click on Step Settings.

  3. Go to Schedule to set the days that the emails will be sent. If you don't want emails to be sent on certain days, you can skip them.

  4. Additionally, You can also select the hours to determine the specific timeframe for sending emails.

2. Schedule Cadence's start time

When adding prospects to a cadence, you can select a specific time that the emails should start sending.
