Re-assigning Scheduled Calls & Tasks to a teammate

You can choose the "Assign To" option while creating a cadence so that the calls and tasks are assigned to the respective team members. But what happens when you have calls & tasks already scheduled and want to assign them to your teammate?

How do I Re-assign Calls to my teammate?

Head on to In Cadence > Calls > Call Prospect.

Once you hit the option Call Prospect, you will be redirected - a new page.

Using the Re-assign to option (highlighted above) you will be able to assign the call to any of your active team members.

To bulk assign the calls from all the cadence to a user, please head on to Calls > Bulk select > Assign to

You can choose to which user you would like to assign the selected calls.

How do I Re-assign Scheduled Tasks?

Head on to In Cadence > tasks.

After selecting the tasks, please hit on the option "Assign to", doing so you will be presented with the option to whom you wish to assign the task.

To bulk assign the tasks from all the cadence to a user, please head on to Tasks > Bulk select > Assign to

You can choose to which user you would like to assign the selected tasks.
