Once after getting an acknowledgment from our specialist that the add-on feature has been enabled in your account. Please head on to

Settings > Plan & Billings > Add-ons

And then select the Buy button, choose the desired number of add-ons, and hit on the confirm changes option.

While doing this if you have any clarification, please reach out to Klenty's support to get it sorted.

Once you purchase the add-ons please head on to Settings > Email Settings > Email Account to your right corner you will notice an option + Add an email account. Using which you will be able to add a new email account.

Note: Pricing of an add-on depends on the plan you are currently in and an email add-on is a team-level setting. Purchase of an add-on will be applied to all the users in your team.
