Why integrate Zoom with Klenty?
Zoom is a highly used video conferencing platform famous for being easy to use. Schedule IQ allows users to connect their Zoom account and host meetings in Zoom.
How do you connect Zoom with Klenty?
Log in to your Klenty account.
Go to Schedule IQ → Settings → User settings → Zoom, and click on “Connect.”
Clicking on “Connect” will redirect you to the Zoom login page. Enter your Zoom credentials
Make sure to select the checkbox under the permissions and then click "Allow"
How to disconnect Zoom from Klenty?
Go to Schedule IQ → Settings → User settings → Zoom, and click “Disconnect.”
Note: When Zoom is disconnected, you won’t be able to set the meeting location as Zoom.
How to set Zoom as the location for your Meeting events?
Go to Schedule IQ → Home → click on the “+ New Event” button. While creating or editing a new event, you’ll be able to specify the Meeting Location as “Zoom.”
When a Prospect books a meeting, the meeting confirmation email will have “Zoom” as the meeting location with a Zoom meeting link.
If the meeting gets canceled or rescheduled, the changes will be updated in your Schedule IQ and Zoom account.
