Schedule IQ's free version is available for all users upon request. You can create and have a maximum of 2 active events in the free version.

To create unlimited events, you can upgrade your plan to Pro from the Settings --> Plans & Billings. You can choose between Annual & Quarterly billing

Pro plan costs you $12 /user /month Billed Annually and $15 /user /month Billed Quarterly

Once upgraded, you can assign the licenses to the team members from the Settings --> Team settings page. Your team can have a few users in the free plan and few in paid plan.

You can also manage the number of licenses, invoices and upcoming renewal details from the Settings --> Billing Settings page.
