Klenty provides you an option to sync the recording link and the transcript information back to your CRM using the native integration

How can I achieve this?

Make sure to connect your CRM account Call IQ and the connection i active at all costs. If you change your CRM password, the status might shows as "Reconnect". Choose to reconnect using the new password

Connecting your Hubspot to Call IQ

To connect your CRM, navigate to Call IQ --> Settings --> Integrations --> CRM

Once you click on HubSpot, you will be redirected to the HubSpot authorization page. Enter your login credentials, check the permission box and click on connect.

Make sure the status shows as good after the connection is complete.

Triggers and Actions

To sync the meeting recordings and transcript, make sure to enable the triggers and actions. By default, these are set as active. You can choose to disable if you would like to sync only the meetings or just the calls

These data will be synced to existing Contacts in your Hubspot CRM. If there is no contact/ Lead with the participant email address in your CRM, Klenty can create a contact automatically based on your preference.

Please note that a contact in HubSpot is created with the participant email address. If you have multiple participants, multiple contacts will be created using each participant email.

Klenty will not create contacts with internal domains.

How do I view the data on my HubSpot account?

Search with the participant email in your HubSpot account under the Contacts section

Open up the contact, The meeting will be logged for the contact under Activities--> Activity or Meetings.
