Step by step process to find, reveal and add information to Klenty

Reveal information:

Once you get the search results, you can reveal the information of individual contacts.

What information can be revealed?

Once you've selected the prospect you wish to add, you can choose what information to reveal.

Each reveal uses up a credit.

  • Phone

  • Email

  • Both (Phone + Email)

You can reveal the above details for a single contact or in bulk. When the contact is revealed, you will see a success message at the top right.

Select the individual contact and choose the reveal option.

For bulk reveal, choose the check box next to each person or the selection option available at the top of the page. You will find the reveal option next to the selection


How are Contacts added to Klenty?

When contact information is revealed, the information is automatically added to your Klenty account as a prospect.

While creating the prospect, basic information like Name, Email, Company, Phone number, Department, Title, LinkedIn URL, City & Country (if available) will be added.

You can find the contacts by using the Source Filter in Klenty. To filter the prospects added to via Prospect IQ,

Please navigate to the prospects page --> click on the filters, and choose the source as Prospect IQ.

How to utilize other additional options within Prospect IQ:

Further, the Add to Cadence and Add to List options are available at the top from where a single Prospect can be included or as Bulk to get to add them to Cadence and to the Prospect list in Klenty.

Where can I find the Contacts fetched from Prospect IQ?

These sought-after contacts can be found conveniently under the search option located at the top right corner.

Clicking on the option will reveal the slider for accessing the prospects along with he revealed information.
