How to fetch existing forms from your website?

Klenty's Schedule IQ offers a seamless way to integrate scheduling directly into your website. To link your existing form in Klenty's Schedule IQ you'll need to initially paste Klenty's website tracking code in your target web page.

Once you've added the website tracking code to your website, Klenty will fetch all existing forms for you to choose from.

Note – Klenty will fetch only if the forms are based on HTML and not via API.

What happens once I choose the required form from the options?

Once the form has been selected, Klenty will detect and display the form fields. You will need to map these fields with corresponding Klenty fields. This is important to create the prospect in Klenty once they've submitted the form.

Meeting Details

In this section, you can preview the meeting event that will be showcased on your website and configure the timing details for your meeting events based on your preferences:

  • Meeting Name

  • Duration in Minutes

  • Description of the Meeting

  • Event Link to schedule a meeting

  • Advanced Settings

    • You get to set Buffer time, Booking window and Meeting Notice here

    Routing Logic

Klenty's Schedule IQ is designed to optimize and automate the scheduling of sales activities based on various criteria. Here's a more focused look at its routing logic:

    1. Rule-Based Routing - Assign meetings to team members based on lead response, IP Address, or your own custom rules.

    2. Round Robin - Assign meetings evenly among team members using Round Robin.

Confirmation

This section would ideally display how it looks for the lead once they book a meeting on your website with a confirmation screen along with the participants attending the meeting event. You get to add custom questions in the confirmation section of the meeting.

Not only that, you could to redirect the prospect to a different URL entirely based on your inputs in case you want the prospect to be redirected to a different website upon the meeting is confirmed.

Workflow

You can customize this section in a manner where if a prospect submits a form and doesn't book a meeting you get to send out a reminder to the user or to the prospect (lead) as a notification. You can time this with the range of 5min to 15 minutes.

Additionally, you get to customize the email template that you'd like your lead to receive when they have filled out the form and if you'd like to engage with them before a meeting could happen using the Preview or Customise Email option.

In here, you get to choose and edit the options such as:

  • From Email Address

  • Add Placeholders for your subject and email template

  • Customize template style and size

Note – The placeholder you're inserting on the subject will be available only for your email body.

Add to Website

Once you have finalised the setup of your web forms, you get to choose the option to add the meeting events to your website as:

  1. Inline Embed - Loads your event type directly in line with your other
    website content.

  2. Popup Text – Insert a text link on your website to open the scheduling page in a popup.

Sounds Interesting and you'd like to try it out?
