How Does Enrich Work?
We possess a wealth of information comprising 35 million company records and 500 million contacts. Additionally, we have partnered with multiple vendors who supply email and phone details. Our data enrichment process involves seamlessly integrating information from these diverse sources to supplement and elevate your existing prospects.
You import prospects to Klenty with Basic information like Name, Company and LinkedIn URL and we can enrich it and find email addresses and phone numbers.
Where Can I find the Enrich options?
1. Prospects Page
You can select the Bulk select Prospects to reveal email addresses and Phone numbers from the main prospect module.
And enhance the individual Prospect profile by enriching them from the prospect slider.
2. Mails --> Outbox section:
You can enhance the details in the outbox section, either individually or by selecting multiple prospects.
3. Accounts module:
Within the Accounts section, under the Prospect tab, existing prospects can be enriched.
If you navigate to the Prospects --> Accounts page, there are multiple options available to enrich & find the Prospects under the respective company
If you have just the accounts and no associated prospects, clicking on Find Prospect option will direct you to Prospect IQ's search for Employees.

From here, you can reveal Contacts and add them to Klenty as Prospects.
Use-case: This is helpful for users who have obtained company information but need to find all the employees within each company.
To find the employees from the specific company,
Go to the Accounts--> All Employees tab and enrich them.
Other Enrich Options:
You can also find or enrich your prospect information directly from our Linkport Chrome Plugin.
When you choose a profile and open our Linkport plugin, the existing contact information shows up. If the email and phone number are missing or you would like to find the work email address, you can choose the "Find Email" or "Find Phone" options.

Please note that due to constantly changing market data, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Our team is dedicated to minimizing any discrepancies, with a goal of keeping them below 20%.

Since we work with multiple providers and our data search operates through a waterfall model, revealing the email and phone number might take up to a few minutes. For bulk enrich (batches of 10 or more), there might be a higher delay. We understand the importance of prompt data revelation, but we assure you that the quality of the data is worth the wait due to the thoroughness of our waterfall model.
