You can either buy a new number or link your existing number to Klenty,
If the phone number is purchased through Klenty using the "Buy a new number" the call back will be received to your Klenty account.
If an already existing phone number is linked by using the option "Link your number" then the call back will be received to the primary device where the number is connected.
To whom do the calls get routed?
When a prospect calls you back from their phone's missed call section, the call will be directed to the team member who made the call to that prospect very recently
When the prospect freshly dials the number using the keypad or if the team member who placed the call doesn't pick up, the call will be redirected to the individual's account who purchased the phone number
If the call is missed by the teammate who placed the call and also by the person who purchased the number - the call will be redirected to the owner of the team
You will be able to see the missed calls in the notification center.
