This option allows you to identify the time zone of the prospects automatically and lands your mail in your prospects' inbox during their business hours, thereby increasing your chances of getting a response.

Timezone detection comes with the Growth and the Enterprise plans.

How can Klenty detect the prospect's timezone?

The values in the fields 'Country' or 'City' or country code are used to detect the time zone of the prospects.

Important: all values must comply with ISO 3166 which is the international standard for country codes and codes for their subdivision. This means that all values must be standardized and cannot be arbitrary.

How to enable this option?

  • For new prospects: An option to detect the time zone of the new prospects is provided while importing them. You can check/ uncheck this option,

  • For existing prospects: The option is available in Prospects > three dots > Detect Time Zone,

  • It is also possible to set the time zone manually by selecting the time zone from the time zone drop-down field. Click on the prospect's name > head to the 'Additional' column > choose a timezone,

The next step is to reach out to them after detecting their time zones. To do this, you can head to the Cadence > Settings > check the box 'Use Prospect's time zone if available.' Your emails, tasks, and calls will be scheduled based on the prospect's time zone.
