Using Email Privacy setting, you can ensure that engagements such as open rates are not tracked and sensitive email content (such as internal emails) is not visible on Klenty even when the emails containing the restricted domains are added as Prospects.

Email Privacy Settings

You can now restrict emails from being tracked on Klenty and ensure nobody else has access to the contents of the emails by making a domain private. Replies from these domains will also not be logged on Klenty as they are restricted per your privacy settings.

How Do I Set this?

Head to:

Settings > Email Settings > Email Privacy Settings > Enter The Domain > Save

Once the domain is entered and saved, all the replies you receive from email addresses associated with the domains will not be tracked on Klenty.

What happens to the older replies?

Once the domain is saved in your privacy settings, all older responses will automatically be restricted on Klenty, including the replies logged in:

  • Prospect Activity History

  • Multi-Channel Inbox

  • Live Feed

  • Cadence Inbox Section

When you access the reply, you'll be displayed with the message "This email content is set to private as per your account's email privacy settings"
