The Email Privacy setting helps to prevent opens from being tracked for internal emails and hide sensitive or confidential email content in Klenty.

Background

Internal emails can sometimes show up in your live feed and Inbox in Klenty. This happens when you add your colleagues, or even yourself, as prospects in Klenty. So when you have email conversations internally, they will appear in Klenty as well. The Email Privacy settings help to prevent these emails from being tracked.

How to set up

  1. In your Klenty account, go to

Settings > Email Settings > Email Privacy Settings

2. Enter the email domain that you wish to stop tracking.

3. Don't forget to hit Save.

What happens to emails that have already been tracked in Klenty?

Once the domain is added to your privacy settings, all older responses will automatically be restricted on Klenty, including the replies logged in:

  • Prospect Activity History

  • Multi-Channel Inbox

  • Live Feed

  • Cadence Inbox Section

Please email support@klenty.com if you have questions.
