How to Set Goals on Klenty
The screenshots shown below illustrate how your Goals Dashboard would look once goals are created.
Click on Get Started as soon as you enter the Goals feature.
Pick a Goal (Conversion Goal, Contact Goal, or Activity Goal) from the following screen, and click on Next.
Set the details of the goals such as if it is a monthly or a weekly goal, and if the goal is applicable to all users or to specific users. Finally, define the goal target for the users you’ve selected and click on Create Goal
You can also set targets for individual team members by choosing the "Specific User(s)" option.
Once the goals are set, you can view the details of three individual Goals by clicking on View Details from the Goals Dashboard.
The leaderboard for the users who are assigned the selected goal (in this case: Contact Goals) appears upon clicking View Details from the Goals Dashboard.
Prerequisites for setting a goal
Goals can be set Only by the Admin or the Owner of a team
Teams can have a maximum of 3 goals in parallel
The goal frequency and target values must be defined before creating a goal
The targets can be the same or different for the goal assignees
