Prospects are given a status based on your previous outreach to them. A prospect can have only 1 status at a time. Below is a comprehensive list of prospect statuses:

  1. Not Contacted - recently imported and haven't been emailed yet

  2. In Cadence - actively in a cadence

  3. One-Off Emailed - recently sent a one-off email or mail merge

  4. Cadence Replied - replied while actively in a cadence

  5. One-Off Replied - replied to a one-off/mail merge email

  6. Calendly Replied - Calendly meeting booked by the prospect

  7. Cadence Completed - completed a cadence with no replies

  8. Auto Reply Stopped - Cadence stopped due to an auto-reply

  9. Manually Stopped - removed from a cadence manually by a user

  10. Bounced - received a bounce message

  11. Unsubscribed - unsubscribed using the link inserted in cadence/one-off emails

  12. Do not contact - status set manually by the user to prevent emails from being sent.
