How do I filter my Prospects based on their Custom Field Values?

Add dynamic tags to Prospects and filter them based on the values. Ex:Filtering Prospects based on an industry, company etc.

Suppose you would like to filter prospects based on specific criteria like industry type, company name, etc. In that case, you can add dynamic prospect tags to your prospects.

You can add dynamic prospect tags while importing the prospect to Klenty for the first time(or do it later).

When you import prospects to Klenty, you would have to select the field for which you want to add dynamic tags.

E.g., if you select the field as Job, then for the prospects, Klenty will add tags based on their Job designations.

Next, you can head over to the Prospects page and use the Filter option to filter those prospects by tag names.

Note: Adding dynamic tags is effective only if you can group multiple prospects under each tag/list. For example, if you have 10-15 specific time zones or industries.
