We’ve launched Goals on Klenty to help you set goals for your team, translate goals into daily sales activities and track daily progress. You can set Prospect Goals to contact prospects, Activity Goals to complete activities, and Conversion Goals to book meetings.

Prospect Goals

In other words, the Prospect Goals on Klenty are prospect-oriented goals. That is, it is focused on the number of prospects contacted by the assigned user. You can customize the frequency of the goals and set them to a weekly or monthly basis and define the Goal target.

You can further customize the outcomes expected from this goal by Any prospects, New prospects, or Account contacted.

Activity Goals

The Activity Goals are focused on the number of activities completed by the assigned user. You can customize the frequency of the goals and set them to a weekly or monthly basis and define the Goal target.

If you don't want to track all activities, you can further customize the activities tracked as a part of this goal by Emails Sent, Tasks Completed, or Calls Completed.

Conversion Goals

The Conversion Goals on Klenty are focused on the number of successful conversions by the assigned user. You can customize the frequency of the goals and set them to a weekly or monthly basis and define the Goal target.

Getting Started with Goals

You can go to the Goals feature from the Reports Module (Pie-chart Icon) on the main navigation tab.

You can customize the frequency of the goals and set them to a weekly or monthly basis.

Further, you can change the frequency of the goal at any time by clicking the Modify Goal button from the kebab menu (the three dots) on your Goals Dashboard.
