How to make Calls from Pipedrive using Klenty Plugin

You can use the Calls on Plugin to make calls directly from your CRM and have them directly logged in Klenty.

Before you start,

  • Make sure you have the Plugin dialer activated. You can do this by heading to Settings-> Calls--> Activate Plugin Dialler

  • Please ensure the Klenty Plugin is installed and logged in and the Pipedrive is connected to your Klenty Account.

  • Make sure your Pipedrive account is connected to Klenty.

Now, you are all set!

In Pipedrive,

When you open your Pipedrive account, you'll see Klenty's floating Dialer.

When you access your contacts, you can make calls using the dialer option located next to the phone number. The Dialer icon will be available from the Leads/Contacts modules.

To make one-off calls,

Click on the Floating Dialler icon. These calls are synced under the Call completion section of Klenty.

Why am I unable to find the dialer window in Pipedrive?

Instead of the dialler opening within the Pipedrive window, it might open in a new tab. It would mostly happen in MAC devices. It is observed when the browser is kept in full-screen mode.

Why can't I find the calls made via plugin recorded for the Prospect?

It seems that occasionally, the calls will be saved as one-off calls in Klenty, which might prevent the data from syncing to the correct prospect. This might occur if you have previously connected a different CRM account in Klenty. We recommend reaching out to support to rectify this issue.
