Once you set up Call IQ, you get 250 minutes of free credits that can be used for audio or video calls.

Make sure to set up the following to get the best of Call IQ

  1. Connect your Calendar to Call IQ - this allows Call IQ to identify the calls to transcribe and analyze.

  2. Set up the Bot to join your meetings automatically - this is important since the bot is required to record the calls.

  3. Integrate with CRM to sync your transcripts and summary

  4. Integrate with Slack to get immediate summary notification

  5. Set up your Email notification for a daily summary
